WCRAN works across research, advocacy, and direct support. These areas are connected: research helps define the problem, advocacy brings evidence to decision makers, and direct support responds to urgent community needs.
We produce evidence-based reports on the conditions facing women and children, with a focus on Afghanistan and conflict-affected communities.
We engage governments, the United Nations Human Rights Council, parliamentary bodies, civil society partners, and media to advance accountability and protection.
We support women, children, and families through referral, legal and social support pathways, education-related advocacy, and community engagement.
